Salary
  • Graduate/ Diploma Trainee: 30,850/- monthly stipend during training period.
  • ITI Trainee: 20,000/- for first year and 21,000/- for second year monthly stipend during training.
  • Junior Supervisor/ Personal Secretary: Grade Pay: 25,000/- to 44,000/-
Educational Qualification
  • Graduate Trainee (Finance): CA intermediate or CMA intermediate or Graduate in Commerce from government approved recognized University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate for other category and 50% marks in aggregate for SC category.
  • Graduate Trainee (HR): Graduate in any field from government approved recognized University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
  • Diploma Trainee (Technical): 03 years Diploma in Mining/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering from government AICTE approved recognized University or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for SC/ST category and 60% marks in aggregate for other categories.
  • ITI Trainee (Fitter/ Electrician): Candidates have must Passed SSC or equivalent Examination from a state or central government approved recognized board with ITI/ NAC in relevant trade with 02 years experience./
  • ITI Trainee (Attendant Operator-Chemical Plant): Candidates have must Passed SSC or equivalent Examination from a state or central government approved recognized board with ITI/ NAC in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) or plus 2 Science (Higher Secondary) with 50% marks in aggregate and with 02 years of work experience in Operation of Chemical Industry.
  • Junior Supervisor (Rajbhasha): Master degree in Hindi/ English with English/ Hindi as one of the Elective or Compulsory subjects from government approved recognized University with 01 year post qualification experience in translation of English to Hindi or Hindi to English.
  • Personal Secretary: Graduate in any discipline with English as one of the Elective or Compulsory subjects from government approved recognized University with Typing Speed of 40 words per minutes in English with Stenographic Skills with basic knowledge of Computer with 01 year post qualification experience in relevant field.
Age Limit
  • Graduate/ Diploma Trainee: 26 years
  • ITI Trainee: 35 years
  • Junior Supervisor/ Personal Secretary: 30 Years
