Educational & Essential Qualification:

Educational Qualification:

Candidates Have degree of Law Special or degree of L.L.B. in three years course or degree of  Law integrated course of five years completed form any recognized university by central or state government approved or any other deemed university under section of the university grant commission act 1956.

Experience:

Candidates should have minimum three years experience of advocate, and also have certificate of experience shall be certified by register general or by Presiding Officer of the court or by Tribunal for there where he/she work as advocate.
candidates should be have minimum three years experience of Legal matters in the Government Limited Company.

Computer Knowledge:

Candidates Should be Having knowledge of Computer application on basic level as mention in the Gujarat Civil Service Classification.

Knowledge of Language:

Candidates should be having knowledge of English and Gujarati or Hindi or both Language.

Age Relaxation:

Upper age limit for women candidates  shall be 05 years and for Physically disabled candidates shall be 10 years.

Important Instruction:

  • The Character certificate given by the Class-1 Officer has to be submitted in the original format.
  • Candidates selection should be the last decision of the Appointment Committee as well as Applicable relating to 11 months contract and other all applicable condition will apply to the selection based on this agreements.
